Problem:
Kombucha Brooklyn had a growing business and needed help maintaining consistency when hiring temporary workers during the holidays and other high volume periods.
Solution:
- I built an internal wiki for the company to use as an online knowledge base to help new and veteran employees learn more about standard processes, from kombucha brewing and tea varieties to order fulfillment and packing procedures.
- I mapped out the differences in processing orders from different vendors and developed a streamlined order processing – packing – shipping workflow while working with the shipping team.
