Problem:
NYCEDC, working with Mayor Bloomberg’s administration, was tasked with producing a comprehensive report on Hurricane Sandy and climate change’s impact on New York City in the future. The report had to cover the entire infrastructure of New York City, and needed a system to collect and track all the necessary visual content.
Solution:
- I set up a system to collect and track all the visual content
- Using Asana and working with EDC’s design team, over 50 content providers, local and national government agencies and private contractors, I established standard procedures to streamline the review and design process.
