About

I’m a product owner, program manager, and systems thinker with 20+ years of experience building better ways for people to work. My background spans data analytics, UX research, operations, and technical project management — often all in the same role.

I started out managing legal teams and creative projects in New York, moved into operations and product work, and gradually built toward what I do now: owning complex analytics and BI platforms end-to-end, designing data infrastructure, and helping organizations understand what their data actually means.

I’m PMP-certified, technically fluent (Python, SQL, BigQuery, GCP, Tableau), and comfortable working at the intersection of business, design, and engineering. I’ve managed teams of 12, coordinated 50+ stakeholders across government agencies, and shipped production pipelines from scratch.

I’m based in rural Occitanie, France — where I’m also building my own farmstead — and work fully remote with clients and teams across time zones.

How I Work

The philosophy behind this site came from direct experience. Between professional roles, I spent time farming: first at an organic permaculture farm in Costa Rica, then as a farm hand on a biodynamic bamboo farm in Maui. Those seasons in the field shaped how I think about systems, conditions, and what it actually takes to help things grow.

Nature is incredibly efficient. Give plants the right nutrients, sunlight, and water, and they will thrive. People are the same, with the added complexity of motivation and free will. If you provide a person with the right conditions, they will do what they do best — breeze through a multi-platform product, write copy to encourage donations to help earthquake victims, or pack and ship 200 orders in a day.

The key is to build those conditions. Drawing on permaculture thinking, human-centered design, and my own time working the land, I work with teams and their clients to remove what’s in the way and create the environment for good work to happen.
